This allows them to identify a problem and determine the best treatment. Our Rockland County speech therapists work with people of all ages, ranging from children to adults, to provide one-on-one therapy and information to families, support groups, and the general public.
Our Rockland County speech therapists works with a child one-on-one, in a small group, or in a classroom to help them overcome problems. Speech and language therapists provide life-changing treatment, support, and care to children and adults with communication, eating, drinking, or swallowing difficulties. You’ll help people who, for physical or psychological reasons, have problems speaking and communicating. Patients range from children whose speech is slow to develop to older people whose speech is impaired by illness or injury. It also includes treatment for those who have difficulty with eating or swallowing.
As soon as possible, therapy should begin. Children who start treatment early (before the age of five) have better outcomes than those who begin later.
This is not to say that older children will not benefit from therapy. However, their progress may be slower because they have learned patterns that must be broken.
No need to leave your home! We come to you, providing speech-language and feeding therapy, literacy, and math tutoring. We offer remote and in-home sessions based on your own schedule! With one-on-one attention, we can help you make measurable progress! Free remote meet & greets, no fee 15-minute initial phone consults, and no contracts: pay as you go!
