Who We’re Looking For – Experienced Elementary & Special Education Tutors

We’re seeking highly qualified and experienced tutors who:

  • Have formal training in Orton-Gillingham, Fundations, or other structured literacy programs
  • Are skilled in multisensory math instruction for struggling learners
  • Hold a Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Literacy, or a related field
  • Have 4-5+ years of experience working with early childhood and elementary students
  • Provide in-home tutoring only (we are not currently hiring for online tutoring)
  • Have a passion for helping children build confidence and academic success

Bonus: Experience working with neurodiverse students (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, speech and language delays) is a plus.
