So much in life can seem scary and intimidating. How do we talk to ourselves to get us through these moments What do we say to ourselves when no one is listening or watching Positive self-talk and positive attitude I've found to be two powerful ingredients as I forge ahead in spite of fear. Fear can be paralyzing, keeping us stuck in places we don't want to be, holding us hostage to the status quo, mediocrity, complacency, and business as usual. At times we don't even realize we have been living a life less than what we want for ourselves, we ve just sort of accepted rather than demanded more from our experiences and relationships. There are times we may need to go back to the drawing board meditate, focus, visualize, dream, create a vision board in efforts of to ensure we are getting all that we want from this life, even as fear abound! I meditate on a mantra (authored by Marianne Williamson) I have found helpful over the years whenever I find myself in a space of fear, anxiety, and much emotional pain and angst. In sharing I hope that you too will find ways to engage your heart, mind, and soul in positive self-talk and positive attitude for a life well lived!

the glory of God that is within us.
It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.
And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people
permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
